DATATAG ID ATTEND VEHICLE CRIME CONFERENCE – HOSTED BY VCI IN PORTO

Datatag ID / CESAR Scheme is attending an important Vehicle Crime Investigators (VCI) conference in Portugal (5th & 6th October 2022). The 2nd Vehicle Crime conference is a critical vehicle crime and information-sharing event.

The VCI works with the police and judicial services, individuals, agencies, (international) associations, organisations that are engaged in the prevention, detection, and suppression of vehicle theft and related crimes,

The organisation supports the exchange of technical and other information, data, and developments related to the prevention, detection, and suppression of vehicle theft and related crimes.

Membership is made up of representatives of serving and retired police officers, customs officers, insurance companies and their investigators, financial institutions and their investigators, vehicle rental companies, car leasing companies, members of the vehicle licensing organizations, vehicle manufacturers, lawyers, and many others with a legitimate professional interest in vehicle crime investigation, prevention and education.
