NC ENGINEERING ANNOUNCE CESAR ADOPTION IN TIME FOR PLANTWORX
NC Engineering has announced the adoption of the official CESAR Scheme as a standard fit to their range of site dumpers. CESAR/Datatag will display an NC Engineering site dumper on their demonstration area at Plantworx in June.
NC Engineering, based in Northern Ireland, has a wide range of products for the construction and agriculture markets and has previously offered CESAR as an option for their customers. With the latest crime reports highlighting a rise in the theft of compact equipment, including site dumpers, NC Engineering has taken the initiative to make CESAR standard as an added benefit for customers buying their products.
CESAR, which is owned by the Construction Equipment Association, the Plantworx organisers, is powered by state of the art Datatag security marking technology and includes unique tamper evident warning labels, forensic DNA, Datadots and RFID tags. Since its launch in 2007 CESAR has been adopted by the vast majority of leading equipment manufacturers and Plantworx exhibitors. The unique scheme, the most successful of its type anywhere in the world, now protects 250,000 pieces of equipment. CESAR has contributed to a 70%+ decrease in plant and equipment theft in the UK, however nearly 3,000 items of plant are still stolen each year making NC Engineering's move a true benefit.
CESAR/Datatag and NC Engineering are both exhibiting at Plantworx which takes place at Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire June 6th to 8th.
